Umpires MUST be paid by writing a check made out to 307 Umpires. Payments must be made in a timely manner. Please do not pay umpires directly.

Per IRS guidelines, the standard mileage rate for business use in 2025 is 70 cents per mile. Umpires traveling for games may be reimbursed at this rate, subject to association policies. For more details, visit the IRS website. This is negotiable. Please contact us for more information.
