Parents, spectators, and coaches should complete the feedback form if they observe:
Quality Umpiring - We'd love to know if our umpires are working hard, making good decisions, and being professional.
Umpire Conduct Issues – Concerns about professionalism, fairness, or rule enforcement. Please keep in mind, our umpires do their best and mistakes may happen.
Coach or Player Misconduct – Unsportsmanlike behavior, verbal abuse, or physical altercations.
Spectator Behavior – Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate actions.
Game Management Concerns – Issues related to scheduling, field conditions, or officiating consistency.
Safety Concerns – Any situation that jeopardizes player, umpire, or spectator safety.
Provide specific details – Include names, teams, and a clear description of the incident.
Stick to the facts – Avoid opinions and focus on what happened.
Include date, time, location, and contact information – This helps us investigate the situation properly.
Submit in a timely manner – Reports should be filed as soon as possible after the incident, ideally within 24 hours.
All reports will be reviewed by the umpire association officials. If follow-up is required, you may be contacted for additional information.
